I received an email from the U.S. ARMY PEO STRI (PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE for SIMULATION, TRAINING, & INSTRUMENTATION) which says they're still using the Lance as a target. "The Lance is still used as a target for R&D. Most of the firings are conducted at WSMR." They sent two photos as well.
