6/33...Hmmm..Brings back good memories and BAD. I was there back in 85' to 86', was only there for a year because of early out. Good times like getting drunk with Steff dog aka TOR and watching "Decline of West Civ.", SP4 Woods and Lt. Laporte. But man I hated Top Montgomery,I mean he was cool and all but I got a call from Chief Nunez who I worked with over at Crailsheim for my Zulu and he wanted me over at Lance Branch to teach but Montgomery said no, that he needed a Zulu as well. Then he makes me his Desk Clerk..Grrrrr

Must've crossed paths, but killed too many brain cells in those day. I was in C Btty from 84 - 86 before transferring to A-burg. Don't remember you but remember LaPorte and Montgomery.

I Was in HQ Battery (S-3) 6/33 from March '84 till October '85. My 2 year of service was spent driving Capt Strobeck around in the field & producing battalion training schedules & thinking about ETS. Those 2 years have become some what nostalgic for me. I have a hard time believing that its been 18 years. Good luck to everyone.

Sergeant Steve Gerding, by my little stars & garters. HHC, 6/ 33rd PAC from 5-85 to 2-87 and then I shipped out for two years of all expenses paid det duty in Italy. Throwing some things at you: SFC Gaitlin, PFC White, Taylor, remember the medic, Leisha Mitchell? The Sergeant Major's driver, Sterling or am I gone? I can't freaking believe that was 20 years ago. And I still hate running in formation. Oh, and I had the worst crush on Lt. Stewart in comms. There's a load off my mind.

Mitchell, were you an ex-marine? i forgot half of those names.. Damn, that is pretty good. I ran into Gatlin in Ansbach and then he retired to Tennessee. I lost contact with almost everyone else from there except for George Strohtheite (sp) he was the Commander's driver for a while. I remember LT Stewart.. I think you had alot of company in the crush department. Drop me an email, steven.gerding@us.army.mil I am in Belgium now, working in a Signal unit!
