I spent ten years of my Army career with the Lance system. Jan 1982 - Dec 1985, A Btry 1/12th Fort Sill, OK, Dec 1985 - Dec 1988, A Btry 1/32nd Hanau, Germany, and Jan 91 - Apr 92, 12th USAFAD Oderzo, Italy. Those were the best military years of my life. Lynda, Joshua, Rebecca and I miss you all.

Holy Crap its SSG Harper. How have you been. I was at 12 USAFAD with you.. TACOPS Hooooah. Not alot of lance guys still around in todays army, most have moved on to better things. I'll retire in August.

Hello Travis, Yes it's me. I retired from the Army in March 2002. I am now the Personnel Security Manager for the Special Operations Aviation Regiment at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. You can get the soldier out of the Army but you will never get the Army out of the soldier. I miss the TACOPS Team. Those were the good days. Lynda and I live in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Fort Campbell is an awesome post.

I was team 2 chief and was transfered to team one until I left in 1992 to FT.Sill. Hey Bennett. I think i remember you too as well as SSG Harper. I was the red haired guy who wasn't there long before we shut the place down. I got the title unofficially as the Asst Site NCOIC. I was one of the 3 Drill sergeants in the units that gave the DET SGT hell.
